Organizations are responsible for leadership conduct, member conduct, community impact, roleplay quality, and rule compliance.
Strike System
Strike One is an Official Warning. Strike Two is Organization Suspension. Strike Three is Organization Review.
Suspension Rules
Suspended organizations may not recruit, conduct official activities, use benefits, access certain resources, or represent themselves as active Official Organizations.
Demotion, Removal, And Immediate Review
Organizations may lose recognition or status due to inactivity, leadership instability, repeated violations, severe violations, or community disruption. Cheating, exploits, severe toxicity, harassment, hate speech, sabotage, or repeated circumvention may trigger immediate review.
Appeals
Organization appeals should include evidence, leadership statements, relevant information, and corrective actions.
