Organizations Handbook

Conflicts & Wars

Conflict should begin with roleplay, not gunfire. Wars require history, escalation, leadership involvement, and Crime Management review before they move forward.

Legitimate Conflict Sources

Territory disputes, business rivalries, drug operations, smuggling, weapons, robberies, betrayals, stolen property, broken agreements, and leadership disputes can all create legitimate conflict.

Escalation

Escalation may include warnings, threats, meetings, negotiations, demands, retaliation, property damage, and ongoing RP interactions.

War Requirements

Before war begins, escalation must exist, conflict history must exist, leadership approval is required, and a War Declaration Ticket must be submitted by organization leadership. The ticket should include the organizations involved, conflict summary, escalation history, supporting information, and proposed objectives. Crime Management may approve, deny, modify, or delay war declarations.

War Rules & Baiting

During war there are no blackout masks, no fly-ins, no temporary recruits, no outside assistance, no roster manipulation, and no hiding in compounds for extended periods. Follow all ticket terms. War baiting includes repeated property tagging, constant Birdy callouts, repeated hospital harassment, continuous revenge RP, targeting organizations solely to provoke conflict, or manufacturing conflict just to force war.

Post-War

Once conflict concludes, hostilities are over unless new roleplay justification develops.
