Discord Ticket Guide

Golden Coast uses Discord tickets for support, reports, appeals, and structured requests. The website points you in the right direction first so the actual ticket is easier to submit clearly.

How To Handle A City Issue Properly

1

Open The RP Discord

Use the Golden Coast RP Discord and go to the ticket area when you are ready to submit something for review.

2

Choose The Right Category

Pick the ticket type that best matches your issue so it reaches the right team faster.

3

Explain What Happened

Use calm, direct language that says what happened, what you need reviewed, and why you are opening the ticket.

4

Add Names, Time, And Location

Include player names, character names, approximate times, and locations when they matter to the issue.

5

Attach Evidence

Clips, screenshots, or logs make support work cleaner and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.

6

Keep It In One Thread

Do not split the same issue across multiple tickets. Keep the conversation in one place and wait for staff review there.

Common Ticket Categories

General Support

Best for access issues, account questions, setup help, or anything that does not clearly fit another category.

Player Reports

Best for behavior reviews, rule-break concerns, or scene issues where context and evidence matter.

Business Questions

Best for ownership interest, business clarification, economy questions, or follow-up tied to city commerce.

Organization Requests

Best for applications, roster concerns, progression review, leadership questions, or conflict concerns.

Department Questions

Best for public-service recruitment, expectations, department-specific support, or application follow-up.

Bugs & Improvements

Best for reporting site issues, gameplay bugs, exploit concerns, or useful improvement suggestions.

What Helps Staff Review Faster

Short, factual explanations are easier to review than emotional walls of text. If you can show what happened, when it happened, who was involved, and what rule or issue applies, the ticket becomes much easier to handle fairly.
