Show That The Group Has Direction
Staff will want to understand what kind of story you are trying to tell. Explain the group type, how it fits Golden Coast, what activity you expect to maintain, and what makes your organization different from something already in the city.

What Staff Reviews
Review usually focuses on leadership maturity, member reliability, story potential, community impact, originality, and whether the group looks sustainable. Crime Management or staff are not just asking whether the group sounds cool. They are asking whether it will stay active and improve the server around it.
If The Group Is Approved
Approval can involve setup work such as stashes, locks, garages, roles, permissions, organization menus, target zones, or other backend support. The more organized your request is, the smoother that setup tends to be.
Custom Assets And MLO Requests
If you want custom clothing, MLOs, or branded assets, they should be cleanly packaged, properly owned, and ready for review. Staff should not have to guess what files are needed or untangle an unorganized upload before even deciding whether the concept is a fit.
