Community Handbook

Enforcement & Appeals

Enforcement exists to protect roleplay quality and community health. Progressive discipline is preferred when possible, but severe violations may skip straight to stronger action.

Progressive Discipline

Golden Coast may use warnings, kicks, temporary bans, strikes, suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity and history.

Warning & Strike System

Verbal warnings are for minor first-time issues. Written warnings or strikes are logged for repeated or moderate issues. Strike One is a moderate offense or repeated small issues. Strike Two may lead to temporary ban, restriction, or community service if appropriate. Strike Three may lead to a longer ban or permanent removal depending on severity. Strikes may expire after 30 days of clean behavior.

Severe Offenses

Exploiting, cheating, harassment, RDM, hate speech, doxxing, or severe toxicity may skip progressive discipline entirely.

Appeals, False Reports & Staff Discretion

Appeals should be submitted through tickets with facts, evidence, and respectful communication. False, malicious, or misleading reports may result in punishment. Staff may act when behavior threatens roleplay quality, server stability, or community health.
