Career Progression
Current EMS progression includes Trainee EMT, Paramedic, Doctor, Surgeon, and Chief Medical Officer.
Prior Experience & Rank Transfers
We value experience from other communities. However, at this time Golden Coast is generally unable to directly match rank structures from other communities.
Prior experience may be considered during application and training, but rank transfers are not guaranteed. As Golden Coast grows, transfer or accelerated progression opportunities may become available.

Joining EMS does not require a donation. Donations are optional and do not guarantee positions, promotions, leadership roles, or special treatment.
